General conditions of use and sale

The trust framework which specifies the role of LeBonPro, customer commitments, service provider obligations and payment rules.

Article 1

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions", govern the use of the LeBonPro platform. By creating a customer or service provider account, you unreservedly accept all of these conditions. Any use of our services implies your full acceptance of the rules defined herein.

Article 2

Role of LeBonPro

LeBonPro acts exclusively as a matchmaking platform between individuals looking for home services and independent providers offering those services.

  • LeBonPro is not the Claimants' employer.
  • The service contract is concluded directly and exclusively between the customer and the service provider.
  • LeBonPro facilitates requests, quotes and messages without collecting mission payments.

Article 3

Registration and obligations of craftsmen

Providers must submit accurate information. An identity document is optional when applying, but the verified badge is granted only after human review of a valid document. Qualifications, references and experience remain self-declared. Only insurance carrying the “Insurance verified” badge has been checked by LeBonPro.

  • Carry out the missions with professionalism and respect for the announced deadlines.
  • Have the necessary insurance to cover any damage caused during the work.
  • Respect the accepted quote; the customer pays the provider directly in cash.

Article 4

Pricing and payments

The mission price is set in the accepted quote and paid directly in cash to the provider. LeBonPro collects no mission deposit or payment and charges no commission. Any surcharge, including for a precise time, must be explicitly listed in the provider's quote and is never billed automatically by the platform.

Article 5

Litigation and insurance

The customer may dispute a completion request for 48 hours. Both parties first seek an amicable solution through LeBonPro messaging. The platform may assist with mediation but does not guarantee a free redo or replacement and is not responsible for poor performance by the provider.
